Syracuse, Hotaling played lacrosse at Corcoran High School for four
seasons and was a two-time Onondaga League all-star as an attackman. . . earned
third-team all-Central New York honors and was chosen to play in
Exceptional Senior all-star game in 2003. . . also
was a standout in football and basketball at Onondaga. . . led
football team to a 26-0 record in two seasons as starting quarterback. . . team
won Section Three and state titles in 2001 and 2002 . . . was
captain of varsity basketball team for two seasons and was a two-time
