NAMED E8 GOALIE OF THE WEEK
 ROCHESTER,
N.Y. (March 6, 2007) -- Pat Mullin, a senior goalie
on the Nazareth College men’s lacrosse team,
has been named Empire 8 Conference Goalie of the
Week for the seven-day period that ended March
4, 2007.
A native of Rochester, N.Y and a graduate of
Irondequoit High School, Mullin made 27 saves
in two Nazareth victories. He stopped 19 shots
in a 10-9 Golden Flyers’ victory over Springfield
on Sunday and made eight saves in 45 minutes in
a 17-5 win over Gordon
The Golden Flyers (2-0) are ranked ninth nationally
and host seventh-ranked Geneseo Saturday at 1
p.m.
