for the first time in 2006 after turning in several spectacular
performances during the indoor and outdoor track seasons, becoming
Nazareth's first All-American in each. . . finished
third in the 800-meter run at the NCAA Division III Outdoor championships
at Benedictine University in Illinois in May with a time of 1:51.31. . . also
set a school record in the 800 by winning the ECAC title at Springfield
with a time of 1:50.83. . . also captured the NYSCTC
title at St. Lawrence (1:51.73) and was named the Atlantic Region's
Track Athlete of the Year by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross
Country Coaches Association. . . named Empire 8 Conference
Athlete of the Meet and twice was honored as E8 Athlete of the Week. . . holds
outdoor record in the 1,500-meter run (3:58.59) in addition to the
800. . . also part of relay records in the 4 x 400
(3:25.16) and the 4 x 800 (8:06.49). . . enjoyed
a successful indoor season, culminating in All-America honors following
a sixth-place finish in the 800-meter run (1:53.99) at the NCAA
Division III Indoor championships at St. Olaf's in Minnesota. . . finished

Empire 8 Athlete of the Meet after earning first-team E8 all-star
honors for the second year in a row. . . holds indoor
marks for 400 meters (:51.96), 500 meters (1:10.94) and 1,000 meters

soccer team in 2005 and contributed one goal and two assists. . . 2005:
