N.Y. and Anna Shipley, Macedon, N.Y…returning for her fourth
season, Shipley is the Golden Flyers' top returning scorer and rebounder. . . appeared
in 23 games in 2003-04, including 15 as a starter. . . averaged
12.0 points and 7.4 rebounds per game and was a first-team Empire
8 Conference all-star. . . also led team with 27
blocks and was the conference leader in field goal accuracy (106-for-202,
.525). . . reached double figures in scoring 14 times,
including a career-high of 27 points in a victory over Alfred Jan.

nine times. . . 2002-03: started
22 of 25 games and finished second on the team both scoring (11.4
ppg.) and rebounds (7.8 rpg.). . . led the team with
50 blocked shots and was first in the Empire 8 in field goal accuracy
(117-for-221, 52.9%). . . earned second-team Empire
8 Conference all-star honors. . . cracked double
digits in scoring 18 times, including a season-high of 22 points
in a win over RIT Feb. 4, 2003. . . had a career-high
of 20 rebounds in a one-point loss to Southwestern at D-3 Shootout
in Las Vegas Dec. 28, 2002. . . 2001-02:
started nine times and played in 23 games and averaged 7.7 points
per game…led the team in blocks with 25 and was third on the
team in rebounds with 125…ranked fourth in the Empire 8 Conference
in field goal accuracy (74-for-162, 45.7 percent). . . reached double
figures in scoring eight times…Scholastic:
a graduate of Palmyra-Macedon High School, Shipley played four seasons
of varsity basketball there, leading her team to the Section Five
Class BB championship in 2001…was the Section Five most valuable
player in 2001 and was named to the all-tournament team in 2000. . . earned
first-team all-Greater Rochester honors in 2000 and 2001 from the
Democrat and Chronicle. . . also named Finger Lakes
East all-star and team MVP three times each. . . played
four seasons of varsity volleyball, earning first-team all-league
honors three times… was a four-year standout on the Nazareth
volleyball team, earning second-team all-conference honors in 2003
and 2004.
