Business administration major…daughter of John and Brenda Almonte, Minoa N.Y…a graduate of East Syracuse-Minoa, Almonte competed in two seasons of varsity basketball and two seasons of varsity track… named second team all-league in the Onondaga High School League in 2003-04 after leading team in scoring (14 ppg.) and was the recipient of the East Syracuse-Minoa Larry Costello Memorial Basketball Scholarship…received the “Spartan Stopper” award as team's best defensive player… helped team to league title in track and was part of 4x100 meter champion relay team…a three-year member of the National Honor Society and recipient of the ES-M Teachers Scholarship award.
