Transfer Credit

What is the procedure to transfer credit to Nazareth from other schools?

Undergraduate, matriculated students:
Fill out a Transfer Credit Approval Form, which is available in the Academic Advisement Center. Any course that you want to take must be approved before you take it. The department chairperson and your advisor must approve the course. Return the form to us for approval by the Transfer Credit Evaluator.

Please note: Any students applying to Nazareth College with transfer credits must contact the Admissions Office
