Counseling Services is offering a 3 session Stress Management Workshop
Tuesday's from 3:30-4:30pm OR Wednesday's from 9-10am
Location: The Student Wellness Center
Sessions last 1 hour
**Every three weeks the workshop will start over again for new participates or for those who missed a session and would like to make it up.

On Oct. 30th
“I Say No More” Domestic Violence Awareness Event was held. Students designed their own canvas totes to support this cause by writing their own personal statement explaining why they say NO MORE to domestic violence.
