Health & Wellness

Being healthy and living well means learning to make healthy decisions in various aspects of your life--environmentally, intellectually, emotionally, physically, socially, financially, and spiritually. 

You will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of Health and Wellness activities at Nazareth, from physical exercise programs to a section on financial health in your Academic & College Skills course. 

One Health & Wellness course is required. This can be a non-credit bearing course like Yoga or horse-back riding or bowling. It can also be your participation in a Nazareth athletic team for at least one season.

Our hope is that you develop life-long healthy habits while you're at Naz!
